Each service frequency is priced according to active pest issues at the initial visit, location as it relates to other customers on the route, and the age and condition of the property. We offer unique pricing that is fitted to your needs for fairness and quality. We do have minimum rates, however, we regularly offer specials, discounts, and deals for every area serviced and each frequency offered.

No. We offer a free-to-leave guarantee. We ask that you provide 30 days notice if cancelling routine services. There is no monetary penalty or waiting period enforced for cancellation.

Your initial service will be in and out, including a complete inspection. Following your initial visit, inside is treated upon request when we notify you for ongoing services, or, any time between visits as needed at no extra charge. Some customers may receive scheduled inside services during certain seasons, or inside treatment applied every other service. However, you are entitled to an indoor application at every scheduled visit as part of your routine service if that is what you want or need. We are here to serve.
Note from the owner: Inside products last much longer than products outdoors, and pest control, for over 90% of pest issues, is primarily accomplished from the outside. Most all pests live outside and enter your home or business from the outside, so, if treatment is applied correctly with the right products at the right time and frequency by someone with experience who cares, then you should have no scientifically-sound reason for having the inside treated at every service. If you have ongoing issues with outdoor pests on the inside, it is most likely a result of conducive conditions, clutter, structural vulnerabilities, or poor sanitation practices
It will always rain, at least once, between visits. As a matter of fact, pest control products are broken down faster by UV rays than by water. Still, the amount of waterproof and all-weather products on the market today, make pest control a definite rain or shine service, 100%.

The same way you make payments to any established consumer services business. We are licensed, insured, and registered.
We require a debit or credit card to be kept on file for all new customers as of May 1st, 2021. Your initial visit must be paid using the card on file, however, all recurring serves following the initial service may be paid by check or cash. You will receive invoices via email provided to company.
*We do not accept service payments from money sharing apps.
Payment is due at or before time of service and/or according to your payment frequency.
Delayed payment dates for existing customers: What this means, is that you can receive service according to the schedule set for your location, but pay at a later date. The date must be agreed upon between customer and company in advance of the date of service. The delayed date must be within the calendar month, unless your service is during the last 10 work days of the month, then you may arrange a delayed payment date within 14 calendar days following service date.
To qualify for delayed payment dates, you must keep a current card on file. If you're payment is declined on the agreed upon date, if we are unable to contact you, your service will be suspended and efforts to collect payment for services provided will be made.
